The room I had was lovely and spacious! It worked well for my needs. The cleanliness was very good. The facilities were generally well kept. I found it very accessible for people with young children.

tidy room and pool facilities

welsh ale tidy room pool facilities

i had nice food in the restaurant. i even tasted the local welsh ale. the room was tidy and the bed felt comfortable. the pool also offered really good facilities with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Fantastic Stay!

friendly staff great service excellent gym

I found Antony at the bar to be friendly. He served drinks and snacks with nothing too much trouble. The Custom Shed service is unmatched. The staff was attentive! The gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool were all great to use.

The allocated room was next to the main road. This room made it difficult to sleep well overnight.

The hotel is literally a 15 min walk to the city centre, a very convenient distance. You also have around 20 min walk to Cardiff Bay for additional activities. This proximity greatly enhances the accessibility to local attractions.

The staff are its main asset. They are friendly, smiling, and helpful. They are always actively listening to guest requests and needs. Staff were pretty good too ensure I felt valued.

Aaliya Khan was the perfect hostess in the mornings. She was charming. The chef always looked smiling and engaging, remembering food choices. The food was AMAZING!!!

a decent stay

pool extra great location proximity attractions faulty air conditioning missing sofa stained toilet

the pool was a fab extra for my energetic son. its great location is about a 15 minute walk into the centre. the lovely area.

the air conditioning did not work, even after reporting it. the man at reception brought a tall fan. there was no sofa in my original room, and i was moved with reluctance. the toilet had stains and needed cleaning in both rooms.
